E402 Welcome to Eden, or as we call it, Paradise. This attractive and inviting condo is furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD player, wet bar with ice-maker. Floor to ceiling windows and patio doors that open to a spacious balcony with chaise lounges, balcony height table and chairs for spectacular views of the beach, Gulf, and Eden's beautiful, lush landscaped waterfall pool area. The dining area seats six, and there is a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player and patio door with access to the balcony, private bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in tiled shower with grab bar. The guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds, flat screen TV and DVD player and adjacent bathroom. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.
