This new beach themed home is located in the Salt village of Kingscliff and boasts a great position-walking distance to the beach, creek and central park shopping precinct. This is the perfect setting for you to relax with family or friends in the astounding natural beauty of the Tweed Coast.

Your four legged friends are welcome and the house is set up to suit. The garage has a baby gate for your pets to feel included in the family area, it also has an external door to the large fully fenced yard which overlooks the park to bring more of the-great-outdoors-feel in. Please note pets are not permitted inside the main house. The living area combines a beautifully appointed modern kitchen that is open and easy to entertain at the lovely north-east facing outdoor area. The kids will enjoy the space with the park behind to kick a footy or bring their bikes, scooters or skateboards to explore over 3 kilometres of cycleways within the beachfront village.

The master bedroom is north facing which receives beautiful sunshine during winter. The other bedrooms are separate areas of the home with a bath in the main bathroom for the little ones if required or a quiet haven to relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy Netflix during your stay!

Linen is included for your stay - excluding beach towels which can be hired.

There is a day spa within a short stroll and many restaurants to enjoy. The beaches are beautiful and pet friendly. The central park has a fabulous kids area and the Saltbar tavern also has a children's play area to keep them busy should you choose to take in the sun and a meal on the beachfront balcony. Great holiday home for us, our friends and our fur babies! Kitchen extremely well appointed!

Kitchen extremely well appointed!! Everything you would ever need in a kitchen and dining! Nice stroll up to Salt restaurants and bar! Quiet cul-desac. The only disappointment was the very long grass in the back yard which required a huge mow. It was mowed after 3 phone calls to the managing property.

Holiday with pets

A great property to stay with your furry friends. Everything clean and well situated near a park for walking the dog. It is about a 400m walk to Salt Village for cafes and restaurants. Food and drink bowl with a trampoline bed all supplied for dogs. Just happy we found such a convenient property.

Great holiday home.

My family of 4 plus our 1 year old malinois enjoyed our stay. Back yard was big enough and secure. The gate in the back yard that gives you access to a park was great. House was clean and tidy and the street is really quiet.

Bring only yourself and your dog

From check in the experience was pleasant and continued to be so. The property is fantastically located in a cul-de-sac. The neighbourhood is quite family oriented with kids and their parents playing in the cul-de-sac.Ride the bikes provided to the beach, shops and cafes. The property was very clean and is equipped with everything you might need including games for indoor and out, books and items to include your dogs stay comfortably too. Dogs aren't allowed in the house but they are still included with the family by a baby gate at the garage and kitchen. The backyard was decently sized for the dogs. The back fence has a gate that adjoins a park with a many people and their dogs greeting the dogs within the yard. As a note and not a reflection on the property but something I would want to be aware of some of the neighbouring dogs do spend time outside of the yard and may enter the property or attempt to great yours. Overall though we had a fantastic stay. Thanks LJH property manages who were also incredibly friendly!
