This spacious and comfortable home is convenient to everything of interest in this "heaven on earth" paradise community. The living room has leather couch & love seat, full size sofa bed and 36” TV. The large dining table can seat 8; the screened patio table seats 4. LThe kitchen has everything to prepare gourmet meals. The back yard is fenced but this home is not pet friendly; we no longer accept pets.
The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress and private bath with shower. The guest bedroom also has a very comfortable queen bed and the guest bath has a tub and shower.
The inside laundry room with washer and dryer has hanging rod for clothes coming out of the dryer, and also stores the vacuum, broom and mop.

Vero is truly the treasure of Florida s treasure coast, so called because the Spanish fleet of 1715 scattered their treasure along our coast after they failed to listen to the hurricane forecast. If you come, you will want to return, or stay permanently? Some boaters who passed through Vero stuck; they call their new home Velcro Beach!
So much to see and do; so many fine restaurants, golf courses and pristine beaches. The Indian River Lagoon is the most spectacular inland estuary in the entire world. Bottle nose dolphin, manatees, game fish and hundreds of birds share our paradise. Riverside theater offers professional performances and the nearby art museum is also extraordinary. I praise God everyday for the privilege of living here!

There are too many to mention; however the Five Star Ocean Grill is highly recommended! Both the food and atmosphere will never disappoint.
