Two week stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. This was our second time staying there. We could see some wear from last year. Some door knobs loose, Margaritaville Blender missing pieces, ice maker not working, and a few other things. Management was attentive though. We will be going back next year for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was amazing! Other than not having a Keurig coffee maker, the kitchen was stocked nicely. The game room was amazing--excellent games. Big bonus for each bedroom having own bathroom & TV. Having your own pool & spa was great! Our location was perfect--the first cottage next to the Margaritaville pools(1 minute walk). Staff at the pool were excellent. I had to rate it a 4 3/4 because there were maintenance problems. My daughter and her husband were on the third floor balcony. One of the fan blades shot out of the fan and hit the wall. The frig ice maker was broken (water on floor). Toilet paper holder hanging off wall in 2nd floor master bedroom. Tile floors looked clean but our socks & feet were black--bring slippers. We would rent this unit again, we loved it!!!! Margaritaville rocks!

Only a few minor broken pieces, freezer does not produce ice (downstairs), margarita machine was not clean thoroughly, had bugs in it. Great location and very convenient to the main pool. Enough space for a big group! Loved the game room and 3rd floor. Would definitely stay again, just might make sure something’s are cleaned a little better.

Very clean with plenty of towels and comfy beds. The kitchen could use some updated pots, pans and knives. It could have been a little better stocked with trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tablets and kitchen towels. Overall it was a great house.
