About this property

La Concha Condominio, beautiful swimming beach, you can hear the waves

This fourth story studio is very comfortable. It's great to sit out on the patio and hear the birds and sometimes even waves. A table for four has plenty of space and can be used for every meal. The condos are beach side at the first swimming beach from town. Our studio is comfortable and nicely furnished, ready for vacation relaxing. The beach and pool areas are the biggest draws to our condo. The majority of our guests spend their time relaxing and swimming. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The laundry facilities are on the mezzanine level between the third and fourth floor. It houses two washers and two dryers and a small lending library and a few board games. The hotel has a full gym that you can use for a nominal fee.

Oceanfront and sunsets 🌇 to die for.

Beautiful ocean-front studio. Spacious and perfectly situated on the Sea of Cortez. Wonderful amenities and very comfortable.

A bit noisy on weekends but worth the stay!

This condo has an amazing view of the Bay from a wonderful balcony. The pool is refreshing and only for the use of the condos. The beach area is public and will be crowded on the weekends, so maybe plan your beach activities for Mon-Fri. Access to the condos is through a gate with a guard, so your car is perfectly safe. The guards are helpful and pleasant. Alvaro was very responsive.
