Parkway International Resort is tucked in a wooded area off Kissimmee, Florida’s popular U.S. 192, offering a peaceful retreat, yet easy access to area entertainment.

Just one mile from Walt Disney World® Resort, the resort is a family-friendly destination with two-bedroom accommodations that feature a full kitchen and soaking tub. Enjoy a day exploring Central Florida, and return to Parkway International Resort for a comfortable escape.

There are no elevators in the building.

- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $12 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN

Resort Fee Includes: Access to heated outdoor pool, and jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, nature trail, gas and charcoal grills and business center usage.

A $100 refundable authorization deposit is due at check in and released at check out.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

When I rent vrbo properties I expect a little more attention to details than a hotel. At least a home away from home feeling. This property has the minimum requirements to accommodated you but less than what you will find in a hotel. It looked clean, but I'm not sure the sheets were not changed, there was no hair dryer in the bathrooms. The plus is that it is close to restaurants and parks.

Not accurate on amenities as offered, we had to modify our stay to accommodate.

We booked this listing specifically for what it has listed/offered in the description, however at check in we were informed that the game room, tiki hut, bar and grill restaurant, fitness center, air hockey, nature trail walk were all closed. When we made the booking, we agreed to pay more than we wanted on our stay knowing that there were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy during the day so we wouldn't need to go the Dinsey/Theme park route. However, they were limited to just the pool. Which the pictures on the listing of the pool do not match the real pool. There is no waterfall on the property as showed. We had planned on eating poolside from the bar and grill rather than going out to dinner, and that was not an option since the on-site restaurant was closed. The unit below us had a "party" and had running and screaming kids and loud adults until well after mid-night. Perhaps at the time of check in, these rules should be addressed. My husband was there for work, and we were just joining him so this made for a but of tension all around. Overall the property was clean, and staff was courteous. Condo was fine, although was not as pictured. Now that we have explored the area, we will be selecting a different property on our next trip.
