Our vacation rental house has the time-saving appliances you need to get you out the door and back in the action a little quicker, this kitchen has everything you need. We've stocked the cupboards with cookware, dishes, flatware, and utensils, where it's a pleasure to cook in this convenient kitchen.
You can enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen.

The bedroom layout features comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The Primary bedroom is spacious with a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Full beds. There's a small den that has 1 Twin bed. Sleeps a total of 8 guests.

We've thought of everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our laundry room offers a washer and dryer. Everything is beautifully maintained and spotless, just waiting for your arrival. You're going to love our little piece of the beach!

Amazing trip

This house was perfect. It was clean and very nice inside. Plenty of room for our family, and just a few steps away from the beach. We could see dolphins from the patio. The management went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed with very short notice. Not too crowded in this area of the beach. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Gulf Front Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Time rentals went above and beyond to save our vacation due to issues beyond their control and ours.Gulf front house we previously rented 6 months ago experienced a termite infestation that caused it to be unvailable due to treatment 12 days prior to our arrival. Contractually, they were only obligated to refund our money. Heidi went above and beyond to secure another property on the water for our party of eight in a scarce vacation rental market on short notice. Mona and company personnel were extremely responsive taking care of one issue we had at our new location. I have travelled a lot and Beach Time rentals is the best I have worked with, especially important in this day and age when we have to use caution with internet resources. Sandy Shores is located in a quiet north Clearwater neighborhood, mostly private beach feet from your back door, within walking distance of Pier60 and other festive night life venues. Perfect location in Clearwater. House amenities accomodated easily our party of 6 adults and 2 children. House is up to date with quality fixtures and the AC was easily equal to the task of Floridas heat and humidity. Highly recommend for parties of 8 or less as your base in Clearwater.
