Lovely house in Angra dos Reis in condominium Marbella, near the club.
Two-story house.
First floor with hall with tv of 80 pulleys and air rerigerado, dining room for 8 people. Full kitchen, lounge with barbecue.
Second floor, three suites with double bed, one with bunk bed. All suites with air conditioning.
The house is close to the condominium club that has swimming pool, saunas, restaurant, marina, etc.
The condominium is closed with maximum security and also has a playground with children's toys, a weight room with appliances, a tennis court.
I have a new 26-foot boat that I also rent.
