The outdoor lounge furniture suits an evening cocktail as the sun sets or a revitalising morning tea over the papers. With just a short, 100 m walk to the riverwalk along Mariners Reach and Waterfront place, 300 meters to the Gasworks shopping, Haven dining precinct, and James Street fashion central, there is little to be left desired.

The second bedroom is a fully-equipped room with two King single beds. These are suitable for tall adults, as they are longer than standard single beds and are new, comfortable mattresses. Under the beds, there are toys, books and things for children to play with.

Property was great for our stay in Brisbane. Convenient location, communication via Sarah was quick and the pool/BBQ, outside areas were well enjoyed.

Great home away from home.

Conveniently located, well appointed apartment, close to river walks & shops. Impressive BBQ/pool/green space courtyard. Great management and be sure to book it again.

Great short family stay

Our family of 4 stayed here for three nights, and we had a great time! The neighborhood was great - walkable to shops and restaurants, and the water. The balcony was amazing! Also kid friendly, which was a plus for us! (Kids ages 5 & 7) Sarah was an accommodating host. Thanks!

I love that my apartment is a home away from home for my guests. Sometimes I have hosted other Brisbanites who just want an escape in the inner city near all of the dining and shopping for a couple of nights. This is my home that I live in with my sons when we are in Brisbane a couple of days a week.

Why they chose this property

I bought another unit within The Newstead Series (the same complex) and am passionate about living here. I love the shared amenities and it is very easy to relax and enjoy the perfect Brisbane weather all year.

What makes this property unique

It is so close to all of the shops, you rarely need a car or even public transport unless you are going into the very city centre or further out of town. Being so close to the city, we also have the option to order-in delivery from hundreds of restaurants--even late night gelato!!
