Welcome to a clean, spacious and comfortable downstairs apartment with a private entrance in a beautiful house. Host lives upstairs with no access to the apartment. Guests have no access to upstairs. You will feel completely at home. Two adults and two children under sixteen years of age no extra fee. Fee for extra adults. A quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood to stay when you are in metro Atlanta. Surveillance cameras. Easy access to downtown Atlanta, airports, and Six Flags over Georgia, 15 minutes drive. The place is close to shopping centers, Arbor Place Mall, restaurants and banks. Entertainments allowed. Loud parties, smoking and pets not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors.

Awesome Place

Abraham, really was a great host! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home is just perfect. It was real cozy and just perfect for you and guest. I will be staying here on my next visit.

Great location and price.

The apartment was nice and secure. No real issues with anything. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beds were a little too soft though. The rooms were a good size, and the cable TV was a plus. I would rent again when in the area.

Convenient location to stay for grandson’s wedding

Abraham was delightful and very responsive for any needs. Great plus for this rainy week was the car was in the garage one step from our door. Washer and dryer were convenient. Beds are comfortable and plenty of seating for visitors. Abraham was great working with us as our adult children came and went on red-eye flights.

Lovely and safe

Our college-age daughter stayed in the apartment for 3 months while working an internship at the zoo this summer. The apartment perfectly fit our needs! It was spacious, clean, and very safe. Her host, Mr. Ansah, greeted us personally upon arrival. He was a sweet, friendly, warm and welcoming gentleman. We live in NC and don't know anyone in the Atlanta area. We couldnt have found a better home away from home. We visited her one weekend and Mr. Ansah made a point to say hello. I would highly recommend his lovely apartment for any travel plans to the Atlanta area. Thank you again, Mr. Ansah!!

Great place for a long term rental!

My first impressions were of the neighborhood, which was really nice. Everyone takes care of their property, which isn't always the case. The rental home was just as taken care of. Abraham gave very clear instructions on checking in. The basement apartment is a great layout, plenty of space, and had all the kitchen tools I needed to stay for a week and cook meals. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the unit. It suited my needs perfectly. Oh! The beds! I normally have a difficult time sleeping when I'm out of town. The beds in this rental were AMAZING! I slept so well, and it helps that you're in the basement so hardly any light comes in. That being said, there are no windows in the unit other than a couple in one of the bedrooms. It didn't matter to me at all, because I was only in the rental at night anyway. I will definitely be booking this place when I go back to ATL for my work trips. Highly recommend!

Decent property but not clean

My family and I cut our stay short due to the bathroom being unbearably dirty. The toilet had a ring inside that came right out when I used the brush. The sink and mirror had spit residue and the floors and dried stains. There was also hair all over the dresser in one of the rooms, and the fridge and microwave needed cleaning. I texted the owner the second day there requesting it be cleaned and he didn't reply until the next morning. By that time I had booked another hotel for our final night. I have to say I'm disappointed to have wasted money there. I gave him a chance even after seeing another review on here mentioned the place was dirty. I told the owner that going forward he should hire a pro because his place was dirty. Hopefully he listens going forward.

Why did she risk her money booking a place knowing that the place was a dirty place? " I gave him a chance even after seeing another review on here mentioned the place was dirty. " I would't spend my money that way. This place is clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The place is listed with two (2) beds. She booked the place for two guests. However, three adults checked in. She started texting " add blankets to the account." No blankets were added to the account. I'm sure blankets were added to the account at the hotel she went to.
