Freshly renovated in 2025! All new appliance and furniture. Come enjoy the beach life at this cute, quiet duplex only 1/2 block from the beach. Free parking and walk to the beach just a few steps away.
Indian Rocks Beach is a family-oriented community of just 5200 people, our beaches are not crowded. They are impeccably maintained and beautiful in every way.
Go for a swim, cast a line, rent a boat or build the world’s best sand castle. All this awaits you and is just steps from your door.
There is plenty of things to see and do while you are here. Restaurants, bars, museums, parks and so much more is within walking distance.

You get 1/2 of a duplex with private parking and just steps away from the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

You will have full access to a private 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. You’re own private space with parking for 1 vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, an extra $25.00 per week will apply.

We are pet friendly for small dogs up to 25 lbs. and cats. Additional non-refundable pet fee is required upon check-in.
Please be sure to review the amenities, I often get asked if there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is not , however there are several laundromats in the area.
