Very nice little property about 25 miles from Sedona. A little further away than I realized but that’s my fault for not looking at a map. Has everything for a great base to explore the region and all the national monuments in the area. Very good communication and has everything needed for a stay. Great coffee shop less than 2 miles away!

Really enjoyed our stay. Night stars were amazing from the hot tub (no chemicals so plan ahead) and enjoyed our coffee from the deck. Even saw some road runners. Plane was perfect for day hikes and plenty of restaurants or DG options at night.

We traveled with two small kids from Columbus, Ohio, and the Little Green Cottage had everything we needed for a two night stay near Sedona. It was clean and well appointed, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was great for unwinding after hiking - especially under the stars - and we just really enjoyed it stay. Checking in was easy, which we appreciated after getting in late (close to midnight our time), and the neighborhood was really cute. We would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

Place was great. Tip for people who stay. The property runs on a well and if you run a load of laundry it uses all avail water and the house loses water for 30 min. The way around this is to just start a load while you are out and do showers first. Place is great

Hi there! We are the Graham family! Samantha, John and four young kiddos! We adore escaping the hustle and bustle of our daily lives in Mesa AZ to our fun little retreat in Rimrock AZ! We are a family who loves adventure and exploration. We've lived in AZ our whole lives and are so excited to share our vacation house with guests. We would love to share our love for the Arizona outdoors with you!

Why they chose this property

Our property is situated in THE BEST spot. Rimrock is a quaint little town, just far enough away from the touristy Sedona but close enough to visit any time! We are right in town with Montezuma's Well and Beaver Creek. Very close to all kinds of wonderful Arizona attractions, such as the vineyards of AZ wine country (I STRONGLY suggest a visit to Page Springs Vineyard), hiking trails among the breathtaking red rocks of Sedona, the ruins of Montezuma's Castle, and the "Ghost Town" of Jerome just to name a few. Let this be your home base for your Arizona adventures!

Don't forget the house it'self is amazing too. A wood burning stove, hot tub, and quiet rural setting on the hillside makes this place such a gem. I'm so proud and happy to own this place, and so happy to share with our guests!
