Walk to Wellfleet Harbor, the beach, or the town center from this charming 1840 two-bedroom antique cottage. The in-town location with conservation land and marsh views is both tranquil and convenient to all this amazing town has to offer.

The first floor has a bright living room, hardwood floors, window A/C unit, a flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. The nicely-equipped kitchen with table (seats six) has an electric range, a dishwasher, a small under-the-counter refrigerator (a full-sized refrigerator is located in the basement), toaster, waffle maker, drip coffeemaker, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer (regular Nespresso capsules required) and French press. Multiple windows and slider to the deck let in plenty of light.
There is one bedroom on the first floor with a bunk bed (two twins), a twin bed and window A/C unit. There is a bathroom with shower stall accessed from this bedroom.

The second floor primary bedroom has a king bed, window A/C unit and en suite bathroom with shower stall. A small balcony offers views of the conservation land and Wellfleet Harbor beyond. Two skylights let in plenty of light. The primary bedroom is accessed by an original staircase (relatively steep). A trap-style door at the top of the steps may be closed and/or latched for privacy.

The deck runs the length of the living room and kitchen and has outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Relax and enjoy views of the conservation land and marsh and wonderful sunsets.

This sizable cottage is accessed by an exterior staircase to the deck. The main entrance is off the living room on the deck.

Parking is adjacent to the cottage, at the base of the stairs.

There is a full-sized refrigerator with freezer and washer/dryer in the unfinished basement. The basement is accessed by an exterior door beneath the deck.

There is an enclosed outdoor shower under the deck.

** NOTE: For off-season stays, the cottage does not have central heat. Heat from space heaters only. **

The cottage is less than 0.25 mi to the Wellfleet Town Pier where you can enjoy fresh seafood including the town's legendary oysters, weekly summer square dancing and watching the fishing and pleasure boats come in and out of the harbor. Continue on to Mayo Beach for swimming, lounging and beachcombing. Little ones will love an afternoon at the playground just across the street from the beach. It is less than 0.45 mi to Wellfleet's popular Main Street for amazing restaurants, galleries, shops and the Wellfleet Public Library. Short drive to the town's ocean beaches, beloved freshwater ponds, live theater at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), Cape Cod Nationals Seashore trails and sites, golfing, tennis and more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
