House in Porto Belo-SC, air-conditioned, with a wonderful sea view, 900 meters from the beach, very well located in the center of Porto Belo, next to Caixa D, Steel, Praia do Araçá, near Praia de Bombinhas-SC, and easy access to Itapema, Balneário Camboriú and many other beautiful beaches in the region. Duplex house, simple and super cozy to enjoy your holidays ... Overlooking the sea and beside nature ... Total Peace.
On the ground floor has kitchen, TV room with air conditioning, dining room, 01 bedroom with double bed + air conditioning, a social bathroom and a barbecue in the outdoor area.
And on the second floor has 3 suites, being:
Suite 01: With 01 double bed + 01 single bed + air conditioning, with sea view;
Suite 02: With 01 double bed + 02 single beds + air conditioning, overlooking the sea and nature;
Suite 03: With 01 double bed + 01 single bed + air conditioning, with nature view.
Garage for 01 car, if necessary you can park more cars in front of the house as well.
