Ski trip of a lifetime

We loved this condo and the fantastic location. Great mountain with lots of intermediate and advanced runs, no crowds, excellent food, and excellent host.

Solitude Vacay

We stayed at this condo for a few days of our ski vacation. The ski out and ski in accessibility of the property is wonderful. Although there was not much snow, the condo was nice and the area was a lot of fun.

Excellent Solitude Village location

Great 1BR property. Check in was personalized by Gaylis and very easy, she met us at the private garage entry. Closest location to ticket office and short walk to the Apex lift. Great view from balcony to the Apex lift and a few runs, watch the night crew grooming runs as their headlights drive up the hill. Great location for food options -- Stone Haus Pizza (go early before a line develops, slow cooking), The Spa and St Bernards restaurant and bar, the Thirsty Squirrel Bar, and the Honeycomb Grill directly under the condo. On 2nd floor, small private hot tub on 4th. Great 1 car spot in garage with easy elevator access. Will come back for sure!

perfect for our family of 4

The check-in process was super easy and personalized. We arrived after dark and were greeted in person and walked to our unit. The unit, building, and location were perfect for our family of four (two parents + 12 & 10 year old). - large pull-out bed - comfortable living room (w DirecTV) - well stocked kitchen with dining area - spacious master - washer/dryer - good equipment / gear storage Everything is so close - slopes, hot tubs, food, etc. All literally steps away. Great mountain. Fun, unique terrain. No lines. Good people & good on-moutain food.

Great location easy walk to slopes

The property was comfortable for our family of 4 with a king bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. All the properties at the base of the mountain are ski-in/ski-out. There is a hot tub on the 4th floor and we were generally the only people using it The condo faces west so there's lots of sunshine after returning from a day of skiing. Access to Club Solitude is useful if you care to work out. Some minor quibbles that could be remedied by simple maintenance include: Fixing the door to the balcony which was very difficult to open, fixing the left back burner on the stove that didn't work, adding a missing rod to close the blind slats in the bedroom, replacing the toaster that toasts only one side of the bread at a time and adding more plastic cups to take drinks to the hot tub.

Perfect ski location

Super close to my he ski lifts, rentals and tickets. Very comfortable and well appointed kitchen. We all love to cook and made use of it. The contact person is very helpful with information and arrangements. Great family ski eeek!

Great ski condo

This was exactly what we had hoped for. Quiet, clean, well-appointed with a terrific on-site manager. Very convenient to lift - a short walk there and ski back to building.

We had a great time in the apartment. It was a stormy week but was nice, warm and comfy inside. Its literally the closest unit in the village to the slopes. The property had all the things I didn't think about but appreciated, clean parking, elevator, washing machine, nice dining area, proper shower. If you're not sure about which resort to ski at its worth coming to Solitude just to stay here. Thanks!

Our stay at this Creekside condo exceeded my expectations!

Everything from communicating with Gaylis before our arrival to check in and care of the property was top notch. View couldn’t be better and ski in/out was accurately described. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub on roof delightful! All in all a great experience!

4 night ski trip

Excellent property for our 4 night father-son ski trip. Clean, well stocked (Kitchen, shower items, etc), comfortable sleeping, and ideal location in terms of proximity to the lifts (can ski to the front door if there has been recent snow). The property manager was extremely attentive, and we didn’t feel we were lacking anything. We didn’t use the 4th floor jacuzzi, as we instead decided to use the Club Solitude facilities each evening ... which are all just a 30 second walk. Overall a great rental at a great ski resort!

Stressless in Solitude

This was the easiest VRBO experience yet for us, everything about this stay was smooth and easy, and the place itself was top notch. Loved the interior design, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and everything was in great shape, unlike many other rental properties managed by companies where the kitchen utensils and pots and pans feel like those in a rental property, everything in this condo was in great shape and was there. This really felt like a home away from home. Gaylis was our contact and she was not only the nicest person we have dealt with yet in our VRBO experience, but her communication was outstanding. Whenever we had a question or need she was right on top of it, even delivering wood for the fireplace. Solitude itself lived up to the name, and this place is a perfect fit there. Being able to come back to the condo and change goggle lenses, or have lunch, or whatever during the ski day was so fantastic. Take a break from parking cars at lots and dealing with overcrowded ski lodges, not to mention TRUE Ski In/Ski Out. Everything was steps from this condo, from the restaurants to the pool to the lift ticket office to the lifts, every place says that but I’m here to tell you that it is actually TRUE of this condo, I’ve never skied more and walked less in my 40+ years of skiing. This was simply the least stressful and most enjoyable family ski trip yet for our family, and Solitude had a lot to do with it, but so did this condo, we will be back.

It was an amazing vacation!

Very nice condo as close to the lift as possible.

We greatly enjoyed the condo. Perfect for skiing at Solitude. Easy to come in and warm up, have a bite to eat, and then be back on the slopes. Condo was clean and well equipped. Underground parking, ski storage, quiet building. Would definitely stay again.
