The area averages 335 days of bright sunshine each year (the other 30 days are just moderate sunshine). Cape Coral boasts 114 square miles of land & is the largest city in Southwest Florida. There are dozens or golf courses nearby.

Villa "Moonlight"' is situated in a quiet, safe, neighbourhood in the highly desirable southwest area of Cape Coral. This waterfront vacation home is fully equipped and tastefully furnished throughout, to meet the most discerning of guests, comfortably accommodating up to six. The property is landscaped with palms and trees, it is air conditioned. We welcome all US, Canadians & international guests to stay here.

Property Locations & Access: Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75. For guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and perhaps creating a two centre holiday, Cape Coral is about a 3 hour drive South using I-4 and I-75. The journey is quite simple using basically just 2 Interstates. The property is located in the desirable South West area of Cape Coral where many of the homes are waterfront. Situated in a quiet, residential area .

Awesome, spacious house with a large pool, on a canal in cape coral.

Our stay here was Great! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kids had a blast in the heated pool right on the canal. It was a cool place to spend the 4th of July. Watching the neighbors set off fireworks from the covered pool area was awesome. The Hostess here is just wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Why pay the same $ for a hotel when you can have a house with a pool?!

This is a lovely property on the canal with a very nice pool. The home is spacious, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom, laundry machines, full cabinets of serveware, dinnerware and cookware. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Cape Coral Weekender

The property was great with tons of space. The pool and backyard on the canal were marvelous both during the day and at night. The location of the home is ideal, being close to several restaurants and stores. Having this option that is also pet friendly was unbeatable! Would higky recommend and would stay here again in the future if visiting Cape Coral again.

Good Location and Quiet Neighborhood

The house was as it appears in the pictures except the screen enclosure around the pool was damaged during the hurricane and not yet replaced which I wished I would have known. Julia the host greeted us at the house and went over things she was very pleasant. The house is located within 10 minutes to restaurants in Cape Coral and only about 25 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers.

Property was fine. Advertised with a screened in pool area. Looks like the hurricane ripped the frame off the house and pool area not screened in as depicted. Garage door malfunctioned on the regular. The property was clean and everything worked. The location was ideal and the neighborhood area was very nice. Recommend for any family vacation to FL.

Amazing Host and location

This is a beautiful home, clean, on the water, caged pool and very quiet neighborhood. Julia, our host, was very responsive and took the time to show us everything and offered restaurant recommendations if we wanted to eat out. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kid and dog freindly, they have everything. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend ❤️. We will return!

Great vacation rental

A beautiful, well kept vacation rental. The house had everything we needed from beach towels and pool toys to all the essentials in the kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner, Julia, made us feel right at home.

Short but great stay

This place was really nice tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Publix for groceries and some nice restaurants. We loved the clean look of the place and that it was actually squeaky clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable but i definitely recommend bringing a sleep mask because that Florida sun wakes you up super early. The pool was great and the views from the back of the house are beautiful. I give it 10 stars

This property was the perfect stay for our getaway! We had issues getting to the property due to our flight, but once we made it there it was worth all the hassle to get there. Beautiful Home

Everything went perfectly with our stay, and honestly I didn't want to leave! The house is very clean, and has everything you need. The check-in process easy and Julia was very responsive if we had a question. The pool was fantastic- crystal clear and warm! Convenient location, and quiet neighborhood. We'll be back for sure!
