Stayz @ Rye

Very clean and comfortable with very good access to the shops and excellent access to the beach. Compared to other Stayz, for the cost, I would have expected linen and WiFi to be provided.

Perfect position

This house was in the perfect location to walk to everything Rye has to offer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The house was very clean.

Great location and great house

The house is perfectly located one block from the main boulevard of Rye, a 3 minute walk to the shops. Very clean and well laid out two storey house. Plenty of space for a family to enjoy, with a seperate lounge room and formal dining room, and a generous landing upstairs complete with a small reading nook. Two bathrooms/toilets upstairs and a toilet downstairs makes it very handy for a bigger family. A family/dining area at the back of the house leads onto a quaint decking area, with working bbq, and powered awning for shade. Both living areas have a large LCD TV with Blu Ray Players. All applications and white goods are in perfect working order. The aircons upstairs and downstairs work great. A double car garage with powered roller door is great, since you are in the heart of town, you won’t need your car, just park in there and know it is safe. We were welcomed with a letter and a box of chocolates when we arrived. The only concession we had was the busyness of the road, since being a block back from the main road, it is used as a thoroughfare by many to keep off the main. But this is in no way a deterrent, we hope to stay here again when we are down this neck of the bay. PS - it looks better in person than the photos.

it was all very good, location perfect, slight smell in upstairs main toilet, not the actual toilet but seems to be coming from pipes

Amazing Property!! Great Location, Modern, Spotless & Welcoming..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
