The Sands, Unit 9 - The Entrance

This 1 bedroom modern unit is situated approx1 minute walking distance to the most spectacular ocean views, The Entrance Surf Club and Marine Parade Board Walk.

The fully self contained unit has a large corner lounge, tiled floor, full kitchen and ceiling fans for the warm summer afternoons after you have spent the day relaxing at the beach.

With an outdoor games area, BBQ and inground swimming pool, you can watch the kids, both big and small, swim in the pool and play whilst preparing a BBQ dinner or kick back and relax on the balcony with your morning cuppa, or afternoon beverage. shared Laundry facilities.

Only a short walk (or drive) you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Pools (Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you wont be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.
Alternatively take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360 degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

Room for improvement

Although the property was clean and in a very handy location for the beach, there were a few issues. The listing advertised wifi and bed linen - but both were not available/included. I notice that the agent has since updated the listing - thanks. The other issue was the fridge. We did a big shop on the 1st day, only to find all the meat and diary we bought had been spoiled as the fridge did not work. All had to be thrown out :(

Great place to stay and relax

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious place, clean and tidy on arrival. Great common area to hang out, nice clean Pool and Bbq on site.I wish there was a air condition, the Vacuum was very small and doesn't do the job, I had to charge it many times. Other then that it was a great place to vacate.

Great place, poorest cleaning standards

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arrival we found thick toothpaste in the sink from previous guests along with unwashed dishes in the sink. Floors were not clean and an ant infestation was a problem on the first night, we addressed this issue as several bites were received Further inspection of the unit revealed several more issues with the unit that we addressed, the managing agent was sent pictures of the issues and refunded the cleaning fee to us. Considering the global pandemic we are in right now the standard of cleaning is important and this owner and agency need to address this as a matter of ugency

Reviewer Comments: the place was not clean there was hair rolling around on all floors NO toilet paper the front door did not always lock i had a message on my phone saying i was over due in handing the keys in but infact i had handed the keys in through the slot at the agent on the sunday morning at 7am but it was great to get away i was at breaking point i needed to get away so anywaythank you
