About this property

Beach, golf, fishing, fun and pet friendly @ Batemans Bay!

Situated on Beach Road this lovely holiday house has 3 bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, external laundry with an extra shower and toilet all positioned on a flat level block of land close to everything that Batemans Bay has to offer.
For those rainy days we have a TV, DVD player, NBN Internet WiFi, NETFLIX and some board games/cards.

Golf anyone?
The Catalina golf club is a flat 200 meters walk and your ready to tee off on there 27-hole championship golf course.
The clubhouse, golf course, and restaurant are open 7 days a week.

Fishing anyone?
The Hanging Rock boat ramp is only 1 kilometre away where you can launch your boat with absolute ease!

Exotic Animals anyone?
Mogo Wildlife Park is a privately owned zoo that supports an amazing collection of endangered and exotic animal species just 10 mins south of the popular coastal town of Batemans Bay.

A mere 450 metre flat walk towards town and you will find the Marina and JJ’s @ the Marina where you can grab a meal/drink with an awesome view over the Clyde river.

A 1.5 kilometre walk/cycle will get you to Batemans Bay CBD where there is plenty of shops, another club, restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema and awesome fish and chips!

There are a number of stunning beaches all within a short drive such as Surf Beach, Malua Bay, Broulee and only 1 kilometre to Corrigans Beach which has a “Dog Off Leash” area.

Your dog is very welcome and the yard is fully fenced but the front side fences are low and therefore the house is more suited to smaller dogs or non jumping dogs.

The conditions around pets are,
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
Also please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.

A great find

This was a spur of the moment booking just before Christmas but so happy we managed to snavel it up. Great location, super clean, well appointed and relaxing. Michael, the host was friendly and informative and it was obvious that he takes pride in his home. Would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing and peaceful Stay

The property was lovely and clean, three big bedrooms. large kitchen and dinning room. Peaceful location despite being on the main road. lovely views of the beach and marina. Shops were close by. We attended a nearby church. Our dogs had plenty of room to run around in. All the facilities at our finger tips with all the comfort of home. Laundry facilities available. We just loved our stay and our home away from home... What a treat!!!

The perfect beach stay

The property is practically designed with all the essentials including a TV and 5G, clean and located just across the road from the beach. There are two bathrooms, one inside and the other outside. The outdoor area is secure for pets and large. There is also a washing machine and ample space for parking. Importantly the host is generous and easy to communicate with. Thoroughly recommend this property for your stay.

Good base for family activities in the area

House was very clean and comfortable. Short drive to a great range of shops and beaches, with some within walking distance. The host, Michael, was very attentive and provided excellent communication. Property is fully fenced and was great for our small dog.
