Beautiful farm in Serra do Japi - Cabreúva
Finca of 25, 000 square meters with swimming pool, football field and barbecue area with wood oven. Four internal rooms, two suites, a cottage with pantry and bathroom and two external apartments with suites. Minimum capacity for 15 people, but much more. The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and kitchen. Half of the perimeter of the house is terraced, and equipped with many armchairs, sofas and hooks. Wardrobe and wardrobes, dressers, complete furniture. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The chalet is very close to the main house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Under the pool there are two apartments with plenty of space and individual bathrooms. The farm has security, caretaker and if the landlord wants to hire maid can hit right with the caretaker.
