This house is in the best location on the island, just a short walk to the beautiful white-sand beach, miniature golf, and award-winning garden. It's also close to the art center and Marco Island's premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you'll find specialty shops, fine dining, a sports bar, an ice cream shop, and much more.
This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy in the heated pool with southern exposure on the right side of the lanai, providing unobstructed sun throughout the day. It's located on a corner lot with an enormous yard overlooking the water canal. Kids will love playing in the spacious grassy yard with its rock garden and shady trees. The house has a private dock that gives you direct access to a large waterway, and you can also enjoy fishing directly from the dock.
Some of the included features of the house are the granite countertop kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in each bathroom, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and two family rooms for the entire family to enjoy. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.
The house has a pool table, board games, cable TVs, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and a DVD player. There's a 55" TV in the family room, a 65" smart TV in the living room, and TVs (42", 37", 27") in each bedroom, allowing for plenty of fun family memories. We also provide 5 bikes with helmets, beach chairs, a beach trolley, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, an outdoor BBQ gas grill, and a hot tub for enjoyment and relaxation!
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.

The house was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants which was wonderful. The host and maintenance team were very responsive when we had to ask about a few issues (pool and spa heat, TV access , etc) quicker than any other host I’ve had at a VRBO. We did not have full heat in the hot tub for more than half our stay which was frustrating given it was December but as I mentioned, the owner and maintenance manager worked as quickly as they could to help resolve.
Very nice vacation, the owner and the property manager were very nice and helpful. The house had everything we needed. The location is great. Thank you to Qi and Norman Family!!!
House was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. He addressed any issues quickly. Loved the fenced in yard for my little dog. We had a wonderful stay.
Great location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house has a nice layout for families. Could do with a few upgrades but everything worked out perfect for our family of six. Everything provided for the beach and pool. We would come again for sure.

This house is is in a great location! Close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but in a very quiet neighborhood. It is well kept and clean. The heated pool and hot tub are an extra bonus. The hosts communicate promptly and are very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable home with great amenities, heated pool, plenty of beach chairs/beach umbrellas/beach cart/pool floaties. Conveniently located, about a 15 minute walk to South Beach. Norman, the owner was very responsive and very accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend! We booked again for next year before we departed this year!

Being critical the pool area could really do with a bit of TLC and the plates, cutlery seemed to be a “mosh mash” of numerous different sets, it would be quite easy to replace them for something a bit more modern
Overall though any negatives didn’t impact our holiday and we really enjoyed our stay

the hosts were kind enough to let me bring in one more guest, my uncle who had just had surgery a few months prior to our going and we felt bad leaving him behind, they were very attentive and quick with responses when we had questions. we only really had one as the hosts were great with their instructions of where everything was! the house was super clean and tidy, we had everything we needed and much more! extremely close to the beach, two minute car ride at BEST and maybe a 10 minute walk! we absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again soon!
Loved our stay so much we are booked for next year. My only recommendation is newer bikes. With that said, I am an avid biker and these were a bit old and heavy for my taste. Otherwise, loved the place. This was a minor inconvenience. I may bring my bike next year. :)
The other comment is how responsive the owners are. I have never had such a positive experience. If we needed anything, they were on it and sent someone to assist the same day.

You can't beat the location of this property. And as other reviewers have the stated the property mgr is very attentive and quickly addresses any issues you many have.
The house itself is a little run down and the decking around the pool sags when you walk on some boards. Although the yard is fenced its not really safe to let your dog out there off leash. The house could use some new beach chairs as well.
Our biggest issue with the property was the construction next door. It started at 7:30 and went to about 3 most days...Saturdays included. I was there for a month and had about 6 days off with no noise. There was several days of putting in pilings for decks only to remove them and then put them back in...This was for about 7 days and then deck building. The worse day was when they were using a wet saw to cut concrete around the newly poured pool...it was crazy loud inside the house. With all this said, I know this is not the owners of the rental properties fault but it did impact our enjoyment of the house.

This property is conveniently located if you are looking for a relaxing family vacation with proximity to the beach. We are happy with the choice of booking this property as our big family with kids enjoyed it. We thought that the accessories such as the beach wagon and the small cart to help you carry things on the walk (7-10min)to the Winterberry beach entrance is a great thought out detail that is very convenient for a family. We also liked that a few beach accessories were available such as the beach chairs and floater toys for kids which adds positively to the experience. The 4 bicycles available in good condition also made this rental attractive. Regarding the amenities. the kids loved the pool table and the swimming pool.
We cooked some meals and the 2 ovens available was an added bonus. Though the kitchen stove heating elements might not be working at full capacity because we thought it didn’t heat that great, but for the most part it does its job. The same goes with the central AC of the home. It does its job but we feel there’s something to be looked at. At night the AC cools very well and the temperature stays cool but during the day we felt that the A/C couldn’t handle the hot day well. It wasn’t uncomfortable because we made sure we limit opening the sliding glass doors as much as possible and the temperature stayed around 75-77 degrees but we think the cool air is escaping somehow because the AC struggles to stay bellow 77 degrees and that’s if you lower to 70 or more. Besides these observations we are very happy of the stay and thank the hosts for a fasts response when we contacted them. We definitely recommend this rental to everyone.

A 3 bedroom villa with plenty of space. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but when we did my girls enjoyed the pool and bikes. Great communication with the owners.
We enjoyed our stay on Orchid Ct.
House was well supplied with everything we needed. Pool and grill were great and the location to the beach was just a 10 minute walk. Communication with the owners was immediate and they were prompt to our requests.
The owner of the property is a true professional that expertly communicated with us. The house had plenty of towels and blankets to accommodate extra friends that stopped by. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and perfectly warm. The 4 bicycles were well maintained with a lock to keep’em secure. I’d rent here again!
Nice property. Gated yard was great for dog. Neighbors were friendly. Great location. Easy to get to anywhere. Close to Caxambas and easy to put boat in and get back to dock. Owners were very responsive. Would return for sure.
Spent a week January 2022 and loved it. Great space, wonderful location, perfect place for a family visit. Walked to the beach many times. Spent lots of time on lanai enjoying the pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. Great recharge before heading back to Midwest winter.

On top of the beautiful waterfront views and full pool sun all day, being able to walk to the beach and our favorite restaurants couldn’t be beat. The house was beyond clean with a full kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, pool floats etc. The beds were firm and appeared newer. The owners were incredibly responsive to emails (usually within less than an hour) to the questions we had like how to turn down the heat on the pool. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation on Marco Island.

We have two kids, our best friends, who have both graduated from college and are now pursuing higher education. As empty nesters for several years, we cherish every opportunity to see our kids and their loved ones as often as possible!
