Lovely updated unit with a great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been beautifully and recently updated. The cabinets are all new, the lighting appears to be very new, and everything works. Appliances are fairly new and of good quality. Tech Travel was very responsive to a couple of maintenance issues, and everyone there was very professional. I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the channel and a mangrove island occupied only by birds (primarily herons, pelicans, cormorants, vultures). There was some boat traffic passing by, but the boaters went through slowly and respectfully. There weren't many other residents around, but everyone I did meet was quiet and pleasant. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My friend stayed with me for a week, and she really enjoyed taking morning walks to the beach, which is close by and convenient. This is really a lovely unit and very comfortable. The TV in the living room is really large and is a great watching experience.

Pass-a-Grille Vacation

The condo was beautifully appointed and very clean. A lovely view from the living room and balcony over the inland waterways. A short walk to Pass-a-Grille village and Paradise Grill where the sunset was celebrated every evening. A short walk across the street to the amazing beach.
