Nice 1 bedroom house.Has all kitchen utensils ,with microwave, coffee maker.Bedroom and bathroom are on separate ends which was nice.Had towels and wash cloths.Hide a bed is old which makes it hard to sit on.Right where cushions join there is a sag which makes it hard to sit.All else was pretty much like being home.
Convenient location for rock hunting, hiking in Big Bend, Davis Mountains and Chihuahuan Dessert, and stargazing at McDonald Observatory. Property offers privacy and great outdoor space for relaxing after a long day. We would stay again.
Nicely decorated and very clean. Well supplied kitchen and bath as well as cleaning items. The only difficulty was getting up from the low cushioned couch. A chair with arms would have been a blessing for our elder bones! It was a unique layout with the bathroom separated from the bedroom by the kitchen/living area
We were here for a long weekend to visit our son at the University. The one bedroom house was just what we needed and more space than the hotel we normally stay in. It is an older house but the inside was well kept minus a few dusting issues. We didn’t utilize the kitchen area but it’s there if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet and besides the squeaking of the king size bed, we slept well. We did let the owner know the outside door light was out so hopefully it will get fixed. We hope to stay here again in the future.
The house was great minus a few cosmetic things that need to be handled, but didn't stop me from enjoying my stay.

Liked: Communication
More room and better amenities than a hotel. Owners were responsive to communication. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved upon. The murals outside were cute.
Second time to stay. Rates are very reasonable for the value.

House was quiet and secure. Plenty of hot water. Would like a better dining table & chairs. Owner/manager was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed staying here for our short vacation. We had everything we needed. Thank you.

Inside property as stated clean, everything in pictures there . Outside needed trash pickup mop bucket. Mop privacy fence panels down propped up with other panels mattress needs clean or replaced even thou comfortable.
Property was perfect! We just needed a place to get away to so we could catch up with each other in peace. Very clean, cute, and perfect for what we needed!
Was very helpful to stay here rather than a motel.
Everything we needed.
Check in person was very helpful.
Little place just needs some little things finished up from a carpenters point of view.
Was a good place to stay in a fairly quiet neighborhood
I was in town for one night for a training class early the next morning. Was a clean place to stay. The only thing I can think of that it might need is a blanket or two in case you want to curl up on the couch and watch some TV. Other than that the place had everything I needed.
