Set on 3-acres of gardens with a veggie patch and resident chooks, Karma Kinglake consists of four self-contained cottages, a studio apartment, and a conference centre.

Our three two-bedroom cottages and one one-bedroom cottage and studio are ideal for families, couples, or friends who want the convenience of having their own space to relax and unwind.

Two-bedroom cottages have kitchenettes, a living/dining area, and two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in between. A lot of thought has gone into setting up these cozy hexagonal dwellings. Linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are supplied.

The one-bedroom cottage is ideal for couples who want the convenience of having their own space to relax and unwind. With a full kitchen, living/dining area and a separate bedroom.

The one-bedroom self-contained studio that is attached to the "Big Barn" with Conference Centre above. This Studio room is ideal for couples who want the convenience of having their own space to relax and unwind or single travellers who want to be self-sufficient. With a kitchenette, living/dining area and bedroom combined and a separate bathroom - a lot of thought has gone into setting up this cozy dwelling. Linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware are supplied. The Taj comes complete with TV, split system heating and cooling.

All Cottages have their own private outdoor deck with LPG Weber BBQ. The lounge Room has a TV player, split system heating and cooling, and it's own wood fire heater. Please note - each 2 Bedroom Nest will sleep 4 persons, 2 x Couples OR 1 couple & 2 singles. The is also a pull out Sofa Bed in the lounge that can be used for an additional $30 linen charge. (Please pre-arrange with Hosts)

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional pet charge ($50/Pet/Stay).

A highchair and porta cot are available at no charge on request.
