We would not stay in this townhouse again.

Needs to be updated, carpet was very old and stained, place smelled musty, master sink was rusted through. The entire place needed a thorough cleaning, painting and updating.

All great - except one big problem

The 3 stars for cleanliness doesn't refer to the housekeeping - that was fine. The big problem was the mildew/mold. The odor was overwhelming when we first came in and although it was less over time, it was always there. Worse downstairs than up. If it were just a matter of smell, I wouldn't have cared, but my stay in the condo was really filled with worry about what I might be breathing . Mildew/mold spores can be very harmful, and so I was very concerned. I actually wore a mask during part of the time when I was inside the condo. Shouldn't have to do that. This makes me very nervous abt using this rental company again. Health concerns should be a first priority. You really should have the place tested for mold. Kathy and Jay Short
