A nicely furnished town home in Majorca Courts. The one level town home has a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. The home has new living room furniture and new bedroom furniture. There is an HDTV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The bathrooms have a sink/toilet on each side and a walk-in shower in the middle of the bathroom. The deck has a quiet wooded setting and is furnished.

Beautiful, secluded location

The place was tucked back in the Hot Springs Village community. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was comfortable. Kinda dated, but nice.

Convenient location.

Very little furniture in living area. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Wifi was good when it worked but was out and spotty much of the time. Unit was very quiet and convenient to most areas of the Village.

The townhome was unclean as evidenced by the large cracks and gaps in the flooring. The bathroom spelled strongly of urine. The half bath was dingy. Hanging on a wall hook in the master bath sink area was a used bath towel. The whole townhome is outdated and worn out.

Great Time!

Place was super clean. Living room was very large. Private and quiet. Even when we sat on the deck we couldn't see any neighbors. Highly recommend Hot Springs Village.
