Modern, spacious kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils for dining of 6 persons, tools for meal preparation, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, kettle, washing machine, and a tumble drier.
The kitchen is separated from dining area by a bar, where 4 persons can enjoy their drinks

Massive table for 6 persons is placed in the area between the kitchen and large living room.
LIVING ROOM
Since the living room is connected with the spacious terrace, fitted with nice and comfortable furnishing, it is retreat for the visitors desiring peace and quiet. There are 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, chest of drawers and LCD TV all that set in a nice, cosy style.
TERRACE WITH GRILL
The most popular place with the apartment visitors is a large-sized roofed terrace with an incredible turquoise sea view or the garden view. The roofing provides pleasant rest in the shade and the large table which seats 6 persons enables the guests to dine on the terrace. Comfortable deckchairs are intended for rest and lazing around.
Gas grill on the terrace makes barbecue at this wonderful place even more amazing.
BEDROOMS WITH INDIVIDUAL BALCONIES
The villa includes 3 bedrooms of decent size, each of them equipped with beds for two persons. Each of the bedrooms has en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate lavatory, balcony, roomy wardrobe, dressing table with a chair and a lamp.
BATHROOMS
Each of the three bathrooms are equipped with a large glass shower, one or two washbasins and separate lavatory with a bidet.
AIR- CONDITIONING
The villa is fully air-conditioned, there is a ceiling fan as well. Since the air-conditioning works under certain conditions (closed windows) ceiling fans are frequently used.
SAFE
All the valuables you do not wish to carry with you around Seychelles can be stored in the safe available at this self-catering apartment.
CLUB CAR
Club car – similar to golf car is included in the price of rental. Club car can carry 4 persons and serves the purpose of moving around Eden Island and Mahé, for short distances.

The holiday home is furnished to a high standard with an open plan layout with includes the dining, lounge and kitchen. The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults. The property kitchen is fully fitted, along with the Miele appliances that come standard with the Maison, there is also a private kitchen yard. The lounges and dining areas flow out into far-reaching verandas that offer spectacular water fronted and marina views. That the rear of the property you also have access to the property patio areas which as a gas BBQ; garden, which back onto waterways with a perfected views of the Island. The property; as 1 bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom; The master bedroom suite with bathroom is located on the 1st floor; which as a balcony, where you can watch the sun set; the other two bedrooms with private bathroom are also located on the 1st floor.

The maison is a Self-catering 3-bedroom property with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and sheltered terrace.

The terrace with the area of 61 m² is furnished with outdoor furniture for dining, deckchairs and a grill. Incredible views of the turquoise sea or the garden in combination with comfortable outdoor equipment make the terrace enjoyable place to spend the time on.

Pleasingly furnished spacious 3 bedrooms with a balcony, double bed, en suit bathroom with a shower and a separate lavatory, provide comfort and privacy to everyone.

Kitchen with a bar desk and dining area is joined with a living room which leads to the terrace through the glass door.
The cosy interior makes the stay inside the apartment pleasurable.
