We loved this home! It’s located in a nice and secure area close to all of the beaches and shopping. Upon arrival the home was extremely clean and stocked with all we needed, i.e., towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, etc. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves! Would highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Going back home for my birthday

Beautiful home. Provided everything that was needed household wise. Parking was a little tight, we had two cars and the picture gives the impression the garage is available. It also doesn’t show that the building is a 7 unit building and that the pool area is a common area. We were lucky to have it to ourselves for the first 5 days but it was still worth it.

Unit 7 is a great place to stay in the Aguadilla area

Minutes from BQN airport, we used this place as the starting point for our Puerto Rico stay. Located on a former Air Force base, we had access to beaches, a golf course, a casino (Mariott), and easy pickup and drop off of friends and family at the Borinquen airport. The "house" is spacious and located next to the community pool. easy steps from the back door. Gated and secure location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Home

Michael property is the perfect family home in Aguadilla. The house is spacious, cleaned, and incredibly well-equipped; there was nothing that we felt we needed that wasn’t provided at the house. Beds were comfy and there are many different areas of the house for family members to gather and hang out. The pool was nice and the proximity to numerous beaches was perfect. Michael was only a text away and always responsive quick with answers to questions and suggestions that made our first trip to Puerto Rico enjoyable! You will not be disappointed if you choose this home we would 100% book with again! Thanks for everything Michael. Gorgeous home

Tropical Re-visit

Having been stationed at Ramey AFB and later living in Aguadilla we were looking forward to revisiting the area. The location is centrally located to visit the west end of the island and the locations we used to visit in the past. Improvements to the unit would include a detailed loose leaf book listing how to use the television, how to use the fan and air conditioning remotes as well as spots/beaches to visit in the area. Also, on the last day we could have used directions as what to do with the trash, towels and bedding. We found only three beach towels and four adults were in the unit. And the TP is thinner than thin! The swimming pool and gazebo and its close location to the unit were greatly appreciated and frequently used. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again!

Convenient and very close to the airport

We stayed at Casa Borinquen for over Christmas and for a big family, this is a very convenient place to stay and it's less than five minutes to and from the Aguadilla airport. The house in itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities. The generator was certainly a plus especially that power outages can become quite unpredictable in PR. Michael and Myrna were both very courteous and responsive to my questions prior to and during our stay at the property. I guess if there's a minor con, the property is right next to the pool so it can become quite loud when other people within the complex (I'm assuming they're also vacation renters) are using the pool and gazebo. On a similar note, we didn't use the pool as it looked like it can use some cleaning. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

Location is nearby In almost everything like restaurants, beaches, retail stores etc. We really enjoyed our stay in this piece of paradise and hoping to stay there again in our next visit. Loved the house!

We stayed at the house for a couple of weeks during Christmas. We loved the feel of the hpuse. It feels like home, just less busy :) The house is very well taken care of. The complex pool is right next to the house and rarely anyone else used it but us! Michael (owner) and Myrna (manager) were both very helpful and friendly. It is also ver close to Crash Boat and Playa Jobos! I was somewhat concerned about the airport being close, but we barely heard the airplanes. No bother at all. Lots of yummy restaurants close, too! I would recommend it to my friends!

I have furnished my rental with high quality furniture/Electronics and appliances. I also learned from my stays at other rentals and corrected whatever I thought was wrong with those rentals such as a bad mattress or a bad frying pan. I strive to make your visit a perfect stay

This property is a few block walk to the airport, The area is very safe and family orientated. the property is in a gated community along with a beautiful swimming pool. Crash boat beach is a ten minute drive away
