Duplex Penthouse 303 at Dream Village with amazing views over one of the best beaches in Brazil, Cumbuco, capital of kitesurfing. The flat is a duplex, 140m2, half of it in terraces on 2 floors overlooking a tropical garden, the beach, dunes and coconut trees. Fully renovated end of 2018, with all facilities and amenities. Kite school in front of the building. The flat now features 3 separate sleeping rooms and a second kitchen / bar on the newly half covered roof terrace. New furniture and AC.
