This beautiful 3 bedroom small dog friendly home is located in the Pennecamp neighborhood!  This beautiful community offers 29 free Executive golf courses, 9 Championship golf courses, tennis courts, 20+ swimming pools - some for swimming activities & some for leisurely relaxing in the sun, over 300 scheduled activities, bocce ball, billards, pickleball, dancing, arts & crafts & so much more.  There are three town centers featuring live music and dancing nightly, restaurants, movie theaters & shopping.  There's something for everyone here - you can be as active as you like or just sit back & relax with some of your new friends you'll meet.  

The Pennecamp Neighborhood Pool is just steps away from this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home.  You'll feel like you're stepping into a model home the minute you open the front door.  This home boasts a bright & airy feeling with the open floor plan & vaulted ceiling.  With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining.  The living room has comfortable seating and a 50" UHD TV to watch your favorite shows or catch the big game with friends & family.  This home is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom and private bath on one side of the home and the guest wing with two guest rooms & guest bath on the other side of the home.  The master bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed, private master bathroom and large closet.  The guest wing is separated from the main part of the home with a pocket door to give it a nice private feeling if you should happen to have overnight guests.  The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the den has a full size futon with a 43" flat screen TV. You will also find a full size blow up bed if you need a little extra sleeping space for the grand kids. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the news on the 32" flat screen TV and plan your busy day of recreation or enjoy pre-dinner drinks before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing's Market Square to dance the night away.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Down Home Property Management staff was always accessible to assist us during our stay. We enjoyed this home so much that we are renting. It again next winter.

There are seven Executive golf courses within 10 minutes of the house. The golf cart that came with the house was a real plus. Overall it's a great place to enjoy the Villages.

It was very clean an important point for use. It was well stocked with Down Home provided kitchen and bathroom supplies. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The walk-in shower was especially nice. The master bed was comfortable and firm. The property comes with a gas golf cart that ran well and looked like it was well cared for. In short this was an enjoyable stay.

Recommend changing the internet system and TV connection. Liked the fact that a golf cart was available for use by the renters.

Reviewer Comments: Our Time in the Villages was awesome as usual and the home on Kirkwood Ct factored into that experience.We were there from 2-1-22 to 3-31-22 It was comfortable, well furnished and well stocked with everything your would need. We had only one issue and that was the height of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It was really high, difficult to get on and almost impossible to sit on the side to get dressed or slip on a pair of shoes or slippers. I'm 6ft tall and even my legs came up short. For the general age of people that would come to rent a nice home in The Villages I'm sure this could be an issue (not just our issue). There was also a golf cart on the property, but it was not made available to us. I get it, but others may not..All in All the house was great, Down Home Properties did what we expected and the experience was very positive.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this property 4 times now. It is one of the best equipped rentals we've stayed in, has a great Lanai and is in a great neighborhood. But this is the second time we've had to do cleaning when we came into this house, lots of dust underneath the furniture and moldy toilets. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the master has a great walk in closet and walk in shower. The living room is not so comfortable. The couches are old and offer no support, leaving me with back pain. Overall we have decided to rent elsewhere in the future.
