Ever thought "I d sure love to check out a tiny house?" Now s your chance! Located just minutes from world-renowned beaches and Sanibel Island, our new tiny house provides both a unique, cozy getaway and access to tropical paradise! We d be honored to have you be our guests and make your trip an extra special experience!
This is a custom, hand-built tiny home from the frame to stairways. Have fun shelling / snorkeling / sun tanning at the beach, and enjoy your quiet getaway in our time home--at night put together something to eat in our kitchenette, and binge your favorite show on Netflix over some ice cream. While layout and space are challenges for designing tiny homes, our tiny home provides a warm, comfortable layout which will comfortably house and sleep 1-5 people.

Great location

This tiny house is in the perfect location for the beach and great restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby as well. The tiny house is a community with other tiny houses and rv’s. Everyone we encouraged was so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were great at the clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Exterior of tiny house significantly worn compared to photographs. I booked so quickly that I didn’t notice this tiny house was in a trailer park smh. That probably would have deterred me from staying if I knew before I booked. But I felt very safe and comfortable there and would book again. I appreciate finding an affordable tiny house on this app while so many of the prices in Sanibel/fort meyers are inflated. Interior of tinyhouse was very clean. AC was left on prior to my check-in which I appreciated. People in trailer park were kind neighbors and waived and said hello when I walked around. Had Ubers come to the tiny house a couple of times without a problem, neighbors were kind and asked if we needed help finding anyone’s home. Host replied quickly to my messages when I asked if I could extend my stay. Host communicated promptly and clearly about extending my stay and giving me priority to other folks trying to book. All in all an affordable and pleasant experience. Pool and hot-tub clean and not overcrowded. Would book again.

Why they chose this property

This is possibly my favorite of our 3 properties! It's just stunning and when I go there, I don't want to leave. Unlike most tiny homes, it has a bottom floor bedroom, too, which makes it easier to stay in!
