This very spacious 4 bedroom plus 2 dens, 3.5 bath vacation home features a bright and inviting floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to relax and recharge! Unwind out on the deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the canal. Perfect location is convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, and only one mile to Coastal Highway and the beautiful beaches of Delaware and Maryland. Amenities include central air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, WiFi, Gas Grill, outside hose and boat dock. The kids will enjoy an afternoon by the community pool or time at the community playground just steps away from the house! The community boat ramp is available however the boat trailer parking area is not available for guest use. All this makes for an absolutely perfect summer beach vacation where you will be sure to create those special family memories!
