Casa Blanca #2 is a completely remodeled, top to bottom, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground level (1 step into unit) cottage that accommodates up to 4 guests available for monthly rentals.
The Casa Blanca community is made up of only 9 quaint cottage with the Old Florida style feeling & a heated community pool. Enjoy both the Bay and the Gulf with just a minute's walk to the Bay and a 3 minute walk across the street to the shell-filled beaches.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your meals on new stainless appliances. The dining area is all glass enclosed with a dining table that extends for extra room. You can also enjoy your morning coffee on the patio outside. Enjoy evenings relaxing on the sofa watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The primary suite offers a comfortable queen bed and Smart TV. The guest bedroom also provides a comfy queen bed.
Casa Blanca is conveniently located near bike paths, shops and restaurants including Wickies, Magic Bus Ice Cream & Bel's Bagels. There is beach equipment and a personal gas grill provided for your use. There is convenient parking beside the cottage.
