Great Phoenix location

Walking distance to golf, shopping & lots of rdestaurants. Spectacular sunset views across golf course. Laura's a great host. Had a memorable & enjoyable March. Best time of year to visit Arizona!

I have owned two condos at Anasazi for 12+ years. This unit has had a long term guest and is newly resisted. Vacation rentals are an amazing way to meet wonderful people. I love my guests and they love me. The other unit (321960) has all of the reviews of my hosting as this unit has had a long term rental for years and I am just resisting it.

Why they chose this property

Recently upgraded and renovated, with a large screen tv in both the living and bedroom and another tv on the patio! Excellent location within the complex, with wonderful views of the golf course and mountain. Appointed with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay.

What makes this property unique

New granite countertops, lighting and decor. Your patio with comfortable furniture including a fire pit as well as those views!
