One Beach Road is an architecturally stunning multi-level villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and extensive common spaces for relaxing, sunning, and eating. The beach front villa is secluded behind electronic gates on Pelican Point at the East End of St. Thomas and just ¾ mile from the small marina town of Red Hook.

We recently added all new state of the art smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed wireless internet throughout with a password protected router and a back-up ISP for redundancy. Sonos audio is in the living room, bedrooms, apartment and outdoors poolside along with new speakers throughout for premium sound.

The main villa has 5 bedrooms (4 brand new king mattresses) a bunk room and 4.5 baths. The separate entrance bungalow private suite has a brand new king bed, brand new queen sleep sofa, a bunk bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Four of the five main villa bedrooms have amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sand beach from each of their private balconies. Three spacious bathrooms are en-suite and there is an additional full bathroom that is perfect for the fifth bedroom and the bunk room. The bungalow private suite the sixth bedroom suite sleeping 6 people.

The state-of-the-art modern kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the cabinets stocked with all the necessary tools to create your own dinners. Or, ask us for a private chef recommendation! There is dining table inside or choose to eat Al-fresco on the covered porch poolside. Of course, there's a beautiful poolside large BBQ where you can grill up dinner for a dozen guests. A beverage refrigerator is adjacent to the outside table, so you won’t have to go far for a cold one!

A very comfortable patio, perfect for enjoying coffee every morning or drinks as the sun goes down, leads to the infinity edge pool. The beach is dotted with swaying coconut palms, sea grape trees and lounge chairs to relax. Also, a table under the shade of the sea grape trees offers a great place for a casual lunch after snorkeling or kayaking.

One Beach Road sits on its own private white sand beach encompassed by a unique sand covered stone jetty. Explore the lively coral reef right in your backyard where you can see colorful tropical fish, coral, sea rays and turtles.

An automatic stand-by generator supports the entire property in the event of a power outage. You will probably never notice an interruption as it kicks on in less than 4 minutes.

One Beach Road is only a 5-minute drive to Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and grocery stores. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook making a day trip an easy experience.

Concierge-style services are available to you before your arrival and during your stay. Provisioning the villa with food and beverages before you arrive, private chef services, information on boat and fishing trips, spa services, etc. All you must do is ask!

At time of booking we require a confirmation that you have received, read and agreed to the terms in the rental agreement and you will conform to them.

We refund 50% of the overall booking if cancellation is at least 180 days from arrival date.
