Why Claudia and Valentin Rodriguez chose Ajijic
Location, location, location! This house is charming and has a perfect location in the centro area of Ajijic Village, just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza. You can walk to restaurants, galleries, shops, the Lake Chapala Society and Lake Chapala and it’s beautiful malecón. You don’t need a car! This house is a single story gem, comfortable, cute and at the same time spacious do to a very good layout. The house has the elements of the traditional Mexican arquitecture like cantera, indoor patio with fountain, and a red brick cupula with an iron chandelier. From the moment we found this house we fell in love with it!!!
What makes this House unique
The location of the house is excellent in the Centro of Ajijic Villa and this is great for experiencing everything about living in a traditional vibrant Mexican town, including fiestas and celebrations. This house has a tinted double mirror window in the living room area which minimizes the street noise and allows natural illumination, but at the same time provides privacy (you can look outside but it’s not possible to look inside the house from the street). And in addition to this, the bedroom is located on the back of the house, which is also good to keep the street noise away and ensure a comfortable sleep.
