About this property

This amazing house with a modern Mexican style features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with a game room, a gym, hot tube, pool, outdoor areas, firepit ang grill.

Its perfect for big groups or couples who want to enjoy the ocean views and relax with a margarita at the pool. It´s in Cabo San Lucas, in the famous development Pedregal which is a 5 min drive to down town. The house is walking distance to the tennis courts and Pedregal´s café to enjoy a healthy breakfast.

Pedregal has an amazing beach for photos (not swimmable unfortunately) but Medano beach is only 5 minutes away by car, where you can find amazing restaurants, beach clubs and hotels and can enjoy an amazing swim in the ocean. Even though we are very close to downtown, we do recommend to rent a car, taxi or uber because the house is located in a hill and can be tough to walk back to the house.

Currently there is a construction site in the lot under the house with a schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00. No heavy machinery is being used, so the noise is not intrusive. We estimate the construction will be done in June 2024, but please keep an eye for any updates.

Beautiful Home for a Bachelorette Group

I stayed here with 8 of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party in Cabo! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend to ensure we had an excellent time. We booked all transportation through the associated transportation company and it was smooth and seamless. The property manager ensured we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our trip, even provided a cleaning service in the middle of our stay. Nothing beats the view provided by Villa del Norte!

Amazing property and great view!

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the best amenities with a great view! I also recommend getting the chef to prepare meals. The service was excellent and the guys were awesome!

Beautiful Views and Property!

Loved our stay in Pedregal! The photos do not do the views justice. It was the perfect set up for our group of 9 and the house manager was great with helping us set up different activities before the trip and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Place!

This place was so amazing! All of the girls kept commenting on how great the place was. We used the grocery stock up option and all food/drinks requested were at the place when we got there. Daniela was so communicative and amazing to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect for my Bachelorette party!

Can’t say enough good things about our time here!! Me and 8 of my friends stayed here. The house was amazing!!! And Daniela connected not only with me but with my friends to help set up some of the bachelorette shenanigans! If you’re looking for a place to stay, just book this one! You will not be dissapointed. We also booked our boat and driver through Daniela as well - more wonderful experiences! Thank you so much for one of the best weekends ever!!!

Why they chose this property

This is a light and fresh house that has a lot of different areas to enjoy or host a group of friends. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay without going to town. It is very private and our neighbors don´t live there full time either. We take special care for the cleaning.

The Villa it´s located in Cabo San Lucas, in the famous development Pedregal which is a 5 min drive to down town. The house is walking distance to the tennis courts and Pedregal´s café to enjoy a healthy breakfast.

What makes this property unique

The house has 3 levels down. Main level has 1 bedrooms, pool, kitchen, living and dinning room. Second level has 2 bedrooms, the game room and a terrace that leads to other bedroom, firepit and the gym. Third level has 2 more bedrooms. Please note that these last 3 bedrooms are detached from the main building and you need to access thru the terrace.
