We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay in this townhouse within walking distance of the BYU campus. The host went above and beyond by decorating for the holidays, including putting up a Christmas tree. In addition, the host provided detailed information for check-in and timely responses to inquiries and requests. The townhouse was exactly as described in the listing. The carport was a definite plus in the cold weather.
This is our second time staying here and it is such a great location and place to stay. Management is awesome and easy to work with.

Great Provo location and very comfortable townhouse
This is a great property. We have stayed here twice. Love the covered parking, proximity to everything in Provo, spacious accommodations, and kindness of Pam, the owner.
This place was just perfect for my family as my daughters attended the BYU sports camps. So close to campus and spacious enough for everybody to be comfortable. Pam was a great host. Its an old place but perfectly clean and cozy. Looking forward to stay again!
We have stayed here multiple times. You can't beat the location in Provo. It is always very clean and well maintained. The management/ownership is very easy to work with.
Property location was perfect for us, plenty of space, liked that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. Beds/Pillows were comfortable. Clean refrigerator, and variety of items to cook with in the kitchen. Quiet area.
Loved the openness once you walked in the front door! The kitchen needs a wee bit of updates but bed was cozy bathroom on each floor was amazing! And the view and location for what I need was perfect!
More room than anticipated - 3 bed, 3 bath, large dining table sits 8, cozy loft tv room, and separate game room downstairs! Host was genuinely helpful and responsive.
I love this property. It was immaculate on check in. Check in and out was so simple. The price is great. The location is really central to just about everything in Utah County. Pam was so nice and easy to work with. Thanks for an awesome stay.
We stayed here to visit our college kiddo and her friends who attend UVU and BYU. The unit was very spacious, well appointed and a great value. We appreciated the dedicated parking as well. We were able to tour both campuses, attend a BYU volleyball game and checkout Provo and Orem. This would be a great place to stay if attending a BYU football game (unfortunately they were away the weekend we visited).
We spent two and half weeks in this wonderful condo, and it was such a great stay! We were close to everything in Provo and it had so much room on all three levels. It was so awesome not to not have tenants living in a separate unit in the basement like so many VRBOs have. It was very private and was within minutes of anything in Provo as well as easy access to the canyon where we enjoy going on walks. The owner was so easy to get a hold of and wonderful. We loved nights of sitting in the cozy upstairs living area watching the Olympics, or in the living area on the main floor just talking or eating dinner at the big kitchen table, and our boys had fun occasionally playing the X box in the basement. There was a full bathroom on each floor which was amazing, and so much closet space and drawer space to put our things in. It was a wonderful vacation in just the perfect location!

Didn't love it. Didn't hate it by any means. It met our needs and was OK.
Pros:
1. Location
2. Access to a nice pool
3. 3 separate bathrooms, living areas on each floor.
4. Super comfy beds/pillows
5. Pam is very responsive
6. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels etc...
7. Kitchen was well stocked.
Cons:
1. The home is old and it smells old. Everyone staying there shared that it felt like walking into your grandma's house.
2. The water for showers is very finicky. Also, if you are tall, be prepared to do some yoga poses/back bends in the shower- all shower heads are set around 5 ft so you either have to bend down etc... to wash your hair
3. If you get the upstairs room, Pam has installed an LG floor air conditioning unit to help with the heat. It is very very loud. You can't hear the TV over the air conditioner upstairs. And if you don't sleep soundly, bring ear plugs.
4. No cable- everything is run through a wii or DVD player by means of roku or Netflix etc... I'm not a huge TV person so it didn't bother me, but others in our group were disappointed.
5. The washer upstairs needs attention. If smells of mold and mildew. Your clothes don't smell like it when you wash them, but it is very apparent when you open the washing machine. I think it's because it's an HG washer and the door is shut when not in use (which the owners manual recommends you do NOT do).
6. Grill needs to be replaced- or at the very least the grates. We tried to grill the first night. It wouldn't turn on. Pam graciously got it working for us. But after looking at the grill, we opted against it. It is in pretty ill-repair. Much like most of the patio area. Which is sad because it has some great potential to be a darling- I mean darling- patio area.
7. Bigger trash cans in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom would be super helpful. The home is made for up to 6, but after each meal, depending on what you cook, you have to empty the kitchen trash.
8. A few of stairs actually tilt when you step on them going upstairs. Made the little people in our group nervous.
Overall- the home was OK. My girls loved the pool so that was a huge perk for us. Especially since the weather was 100 degrees daily. With a little work, the condo could be an easy 4-5 star, as it is.... it's a solid 3 star. We would go back. It met our needs and served its purpose well.

Thank you for the feedback. We have never had anyone complain about any of these things before. We have taken care of the problems.
Just so you know if you switch the remote to "TV" each TV has about 20 "network television stations" available. This is in addition to the Roku with Neflix and their vast array of other internet apps like ESPN. We provide a premium Netflix account or you can use the TV stations or you can use your accounts for any other Roku app.
We added the upstairs air conditioner as an added service for those who would like it. It is not required. If you don't like the white noise from the air conditioner you have a few options. You can turn it off and use the ceiling fan. You can open the window since it cools down at night. You can also sleep in one of the naturally cooler downstairs bedrooms.
The downstairs shower has always had shower taller than 6' and the main floor has always had a handheld you can use as high as you want.
Thank you for pointing out that we were responsive to your many requests and that overall the beds and everything was comfortable and that everything met your needs and served your purposes well. We do feel it is an amazing value for 3 complete living areas and a full kitchen, etc. We wish we could find such a amazing value somewhere when we travel.
Again, we have taken care of the newly pointed out items and we thank you for letting us know.
Pam
