“Casa Pina”

Private poolside studio apartment in an established historic, palm tree lined neighborhood. This newly constructed, fully furnished apartment has been designed with attention to every detail in unique style. Reclaimed historic doors and windows from a local historic property have been used to bring typical architectural charm of Palm Beach circa 1920’s.
Casa Pina is only blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, a few miles from the beach and walking distance to local restaurants and Antique Row shops. It is a convenient location for public transit- bus, trolly, Palm Tran & Brightline trains, PBIA, interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. Plus, our city has taken earnest efforts to create a pedestrian and cycle friendly community.
Casa Pina guests have access to the pool, spa, grill and gardens.There are two separate and private cottages; upstairs is Casa Piña and downstairs is casa piña carriage house. There is ample neighborhood street parking in front of the house. There are additional amenities available for use with additional fees, such as, golf cart (beach buggies)bicycles, paddle boards and kayak.
Weather you are longing for a tropical retreat for relaxing or exploring the local sights. You will find that Casa Pina is just for you!

This place is a true gem. The neighborhood is a quaint historic part of town blocks from the intracoastal. It was clean, cozy and eclectic - blend of modern & antique. It also has all the amenities of home. The grounds are private and landscaped with beautiful palm trees and flowers. The host was great on communication too! Thank you for a great wedding night stay. We loved it!

Susan is super friendly and responsive, and we loved the tucked-away apartment. It has a nice vibe with large windows that look out onto the lush back yard and pool area, letting in beautiful light without leaving you feeling exposed. We comfortably prepared meals in the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. High quality amenities and welcome snacks were much appreciated. Nice neighborhood to walk in and easy street parking. We’ll definitely stay again.

This is an amazing location, so close to many wonderful sights in WPB. You honestly don't need a car, and can walk so many places. Susan goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and happy. The amenities and little extras she puts into her property show how much she really cares.
