About this property

Welcome to The Towers at Parkview Bay. 5th floor! Located on convenient 1 mile marker of the Grand Glaize bridge. Experience amazing lakefront views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.
The master space offers a king size bed, full private access to the large outdoor patio, large master en suite with shower and jacuzzi tub, and his and hers sinks.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a second bathroom.
The kitchen features a coffee maker, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer combination with automatic ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or grill. Living room has a lazy-boy sofa and loveseat and a remote control gas fireplace, wet bar and sliding glass doors to enjoy the outdoor patio and lake views. Linens are provided and a washing machine and dryer are available. Covered parking in one stall is available. Family board games and several card games provided for you to enjoy friendly/competitive games during your stay. Just bring your food and yourselves and enjoy a lake getaway!

The elevator is steps away and will take you to the heated indoor and heated outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and work out room.

Very clean and comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and very clean. The older my husband and I get, the pickier we are with where we stay. This condo exceeded our expectations and we had a great stay. We received all the information and communication we needed for a smooth check in and check out process. The back deck had a beautiful view and plenty of comfortable chairs. If we come back to this area, we’d stay here again.

Our trip to the Ozarks this year was not without a big snow storm overnight. We didn't mind as we had stayed at this property several times. The landscapes were fantastic with the new snow as the blowing snow covered the views with the white stuff. We were nice and cozy warm in our condo. Great unit location near the elevator and beautiful views out of the patio windows.

Long weekend getaway

This is our forth time staying in this condo. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived at 4:00 PM. This condo is beautiful inside and has a great screened in porch for viewing the lake and State Park grounds. We had great weather for our stay and look forward to the next time we come back in the spring.

Comfortable Lake Retreat

This condo is clean, attractively decorated, and comfortable for a lake retreat. Sarah was very responsive to any issues we had and resolved them promptly. The condo is also located close to many lake restaurants and activities. We look forward to returning for another stay.

We are a military family and are constantly moving all over the world! We are very excited to have a place to call our own. The lake has always been a favorite vacation spot, with or without kids, and we are happy to have our own slice of heaven that will always be waiting for us!

Why they chose this property

We have lived in the Missouri area a few times and each time we are stationed here we RELAX at the LAKE! We decided to purchase this condo to be able to escape reality quite often. The Towers is a wonderful place with amenities for all seasons.

The views on the porch in the morning overlooking the lake were gorgeous. Our host was extremely responsive and we had absolutely zero issues. Recommend this place!”
