Η ιστορία του κτίσματος ξεκινάει από τα πρώτα μεταεπαναστατικά χρόνια περίπου το 1850. Δημιουργήθηκε για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες διαβίωσης μιας τυπικής αγροτικής οικογένειας. Οι τωρινοί ιδιοκτήτες διατήρησαν την utilitarian αρχιτεκτονική του κτίσματος με απόλυτο σεβασμό στην παράδοση και στην φυσιογνωμία του. Χρησιμοποιώντας φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο, δίνοντας έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια δημιούργησαν ένα χώρο που φέρνει τον επισκέπτη σε επαφή με την φύση και την παράδοση ενώ ταυτόχρονα του παρέχει σύγχρονες ανέσεις.
