Unit 760 is a completely renovated two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury-rated condominium with a private terrace overlooking beautiful Willow Park. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertop with stools, and brand new GE monogram stainless steel appliances including electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator/freezer.

This Mountain Modern designer-styled apartment features a spacious living area with hardwood flooring, a sandstone surround gas fireplace, a 55” flat-screen TV, and private terrace access. A spacious sectional sofa, occasional chair, coffee table, and dining table that seats 6 furnish the space.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that includes a double sink, granite top vanity, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with custom glass door. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom with a granite top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and Willow Park views.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and a custom-built cubby/storage bench in the entry along with a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Complimentary high-speed internet, premium linens and towels, hairdryers, personal soap and shampoo, and daily maid service, are included.


Our full-service concierge is at your service to arrange dining reservations, ground transportation from Eagle or Denver, and food shopping services. Please note Riva Ridge South building and units do not have air conditioning. Parking is located in the underground garage below the Riva Ridge South building. Beautiful Condo

Loved the location to shopping and eating, did not have to get in vehicle for this. The Condo was very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Used the kitchen to cook a few times, which had dishes and utensils to suite us. The only complaint would be that in the master bedroom, the shade did not provide any privacy from outside.

Nice property - but not ski in/ski out

The condo was nice but not accurately described. The unit did not have a hot tub, nor did the building - it was at a different building close by. Also, it is most definitely not ski in/ski out.

Amazing Location, well appointment rental

My son and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights. The pros: the location is amazing. Literally walk to everything. If you've not been, Vail Village has great stores & restaurants and is very safe. My 13 year old son would walk out, find friends and "hang" every night. The condo has the basics of what you need in the kitchen, pans, plates, stove, fridge, etc. The bedrooms and kitchen are a good size. My only suggestion, if you go in the summer, open the windows right away. There is no AC and it takes time for the unit to cool so you can sleep at night. I did go and buy small fans to put it the windows to bring more cool night air in.

Wonderful trip, perfect location!

Perfect location, within 2 minute walk to Vail village, 10 minute easy walk to gondola 1, yet quite at night. Spacious accommodations with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids and all of our ski gear. Would definitely return again!

Great location and beautiful condo

The condo was nicely remodeled and the aesthetic was relaxing. Location was amazing - less than 1 minute walk from the heart of Vail Village. Cute village with shoes and restaurants. Advice: get dinner reservations in advance during the busy ski season. Only feedback for property managers is to add more detailed amenity info to the welcome packet. I didn’t know that we could store our skis and boots at the ski shop right by the slopes - there was just a business card in the packet. Same with the free access to the local health club, which was amazing once we figured it out.

We loved it here

A really lovely rental apartment. The apartment is perfectly kitted out and would sleep 6 comfortably. It is immaculate and everything is new, the kitchen is great, i made good use of the washing machine/ dryer which were a must have when booking. The apartment is perfectly located too, literally a couple of minute walk (2 at most)in to Vail village. The hot tub (largest one I've ever seen) is a great add on, this is a few minute walk also. I would happily stay here again.
