Enjoy life with views of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea while relaxing on the terrace or swimming in your private pool. Beautiful house a few steps from a lonely beach. a large terrace with covered area covered by a private pool, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Fully furnished. New reconstruction Panasonic inverter air conditioners in each room. Deposit. Laundry. Playground. Yard. Land 662.24 m2. Located in the Caribbean community with exclusive beach, San Marino, this house is located less than an hour from Panama City. The private residential complex San Marino Ocean Front is located approximately 22.5 km on the asphalt road that leads to the town of Portobelo, from the Transistmica highway at the junction of Sabanitas. The residential is the only development of its kind in the area close to the project we find neighboring towns such as Playa Langosta, Bala Beach Resort, Maria Chiquita among others. Just a little further up the road you can take a boat to the Big Island. Close to Portobelo. WiFi Internet, security, hot water, parking.

Just Right!

This house was just right for our family relaxation get away! The property was well kept and clean, well equipped and supplied, and well designed for visiting with each other. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible. The owner was communicative, and the manager attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it!!!
