The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with suite with box, and a social bathroom with box, 02 living room, 01 large kitchen, and garage for 02 cars, the house is new, and all air-conditioned rooms, Chuveirão , Wifi internet available for guests.

This vacation rental is located 5 min. by foot from the beautiful beach of Marceneiro, north coast of Alagoas, in the circuit of the Costa dos Corais, São Miguel dos Milages Ecological Route, a region with numerous natural pools and in which the Manatee Project is located. Located just 10 minutes by car from the center of São Miguel dos Milagres, Marceneiro is also known today for promoting some of the main celebrations of the New Year's Eve.

We do not charge energy and gas, all included in the daily rate.
