Es una casa de altos con dos dormitorios con calefaccin y aires acondicionados frio/calor, buenos colchones y ropa de blanco. La sala de estar es muy confortable con tv smart, cable, wifi y servicio de Netflix. El bao es muy confortable con gran placard y caja de seguridad en su interior. La cocina es.muy luminosa y posee lavavajillas, set de planchado y doble mesada.
La cochera esta ubicada a 30m. de la propiedad, es a control remoto y en planta baja.
En cuanto al barrio es muy tranquilo y topsimo, se encuentra a 5 cuadras de la plaza principal y a 150m. de la Avenida principal lem donde se encuentra toda la movida noctuna de bares, resturantes y res!t. Te puedes movilizar camnando a todos lados....te sentirs como en tu casa pero en Casamia
