Beautiful, quiet and cosy apartment with all conveniences. Close to Copenhagen center. A beautiful garden. The most green area in Copenhagen. Many restaurants, café s and beautiful shops. Very close to tourist attractions as The Little Mermaid, The Kings Palace The Lakes of Copenhagen and UN City. And neighbour to the best bakery you can find if you like danish pastry :-) Dishwasher, washing-machine, rooftop for drying clothes, TV, radio, internet available, ironing equipment.
The apartment is on 4. th floor, no elevator.

This apartment is beautiful and Bettina is wonderful. The bathroom is small, but functional. The location is great, so close to the train, within walking distance to many things, and a grocery store and bakery right across the street. We enjoyed our stay in Bettina’s apartment so much!

We had a very good time. The apartment is ideally for a couple. Everything is fine, cosy and comfortable. It is perfectly situated and the public transportation are easy to reach by a walk. Bettina is a very sympathetic and authentic host. Thanks a lot

Warm and inviting owner and apartment in an awesome city and neighborhood

We loved our stay in Copenhagen and at this apartment. We enjoyed living and immersing ourselves in the lifestyle and culture this property offers. Lovely place to stay that is comfortable, in a great location and affordable. We would come and stay again should the opportunity arise. The owner was extremely accomodating and inviting.

A wonderful stay in Copenhagen

We enjoyed our stay in Bettina's cosy appartment a lot. Bettina is a very nice and kind host. The location of the appartment is perfect. A bakery just on the other side of the street and also a supermarket, just a 5-minutes-walk to the urban railway and even downtown Copenhagen in walking distance.

Nice welcome

It was very neat when we arrived. We had a friendly welcome from the host with helpful information about Copenhagen. The apartment is nice located. We were happy that she let us use her bike. The shower was small but functioned fine. The extra room with mattress was a nice surprise for the third quest. We enjoyed our stay!

For a perfect stay in CPH

We have had a fantastic stay in Bettinas appartment. From arrival to departure. Bettina was very helpfull getting all set. (She knows how to get the online parking ticket :)) The appartment is in walking distance to Bus stop, Underground and the city center. In close distance we found nice restaurants and bars. The grocery store is just across the street. The bakery as well. Thanks for having us staying in your appartment.

Marvelous days in Købnhavn

As part of out holidays we planned to visit Købnhavn. What a nice city! And to top this all we experienced living in Købnhavn a little, with our stay in Bettina’s cosy and comfortable apartment. The apartment is situated in a really nice building and is located near the city centre with Nyhav at just a 20 minutes walk and Christiania at 35 minutes. Bakery and groceries accross the street was also really comfortable. The apartment has all facilities you need, and even the bathroom and attic, for drying the laundry, make it worthwile. We can recommend the apartment and the nice host!

Our week long stay at Bettina’s apartment was perfect! Bettina greeted us kindly and showed us around the apartment, going through the house rules, answering questions and pointing out shopping and restaurant recommendations.The location is very close to the Østerport train and Metro station so getting anywhere was easy.There is a bakery across the street in one direction and an amazing little corner store across the street in another! The store has everything you could want during your stay!The bed was comfortable and having an enormous dining table was wonderful. We could eat together and lay out the Copenhagen map to see what we wanted to do at the same time.The kitchen was a great space to cook meals, which we did on several evenings. Bettina has stocked the kitchen with all the pans and utensils that you need.We did use the washing machine twice. It was great to have that available.The living room has a small sofa and a chair, smart tv and Bluetooth speaker. We spent late evenings here talking about the adventures we had that day and enjoying being together.The bathroom is tiny and efficient. The shower curtain system is ingenious! The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. I got in a lot of steps and flights of stairs according to my Apple Watch during the week we spent at Bettina’s apartment.It was lovely and I would recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Copenhagen. I know I’ll be back!

Super schöne Altbauwohnung, tolle Gastgeberin!

Das war eine perfekte Woche in Kopenhagen. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber trotzdem zentral. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro. Perfekt auch für einen Konzertbesuch im Parken Stadion. Bäcker, Pizza Imbiss, kleiner Supermarkt, alles nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und gibt gute Tipps. Einfach klasse!

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit Charme

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Kopenhagenaufenthalt ideal ( Bus diekt vor der Tür, Metro und Bahnhof 5 Min. ) Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr, sehr klein, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig- allerdings kamen wir damit gut zurecht. Man muss Treppen steigen können/mögen. Wir waren erstaunt über die Ruhe. Die Vermieterin hat alles sehr gut organisiert, ist sehr freundlich und gibt nützliche Tipps. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen

Charmante Wohnung, ideal für Städtetrips

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für ein Paar mit max. 1 Kind. Gelegen im 4ten Stock mit sehr schönem Hinterhof. Aber: die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck es gäbe 2 Schlafzimmer, es gibt jedoch nur eines mit einem 140er Bett. Eine dritte Person kann auf einer Faltmatratze in einem kleinen, dreieckigen Zimmerchen nächtigen, für mehr ist dort kein Platz. Das größte Manko der Wohnung ist das Bad, das diesen Namen eigentlich nicht verdient: ein ca. 80 cm breiter und 150 cm langer Schlauch ohne Fenster oder Lüftung, Toilette, Dusche, Handwaschbecken - alles von einem Platz aus zu erreichen! Zum Duschen wird ein Duschvorhang im Viertelkreis um sich herum drappiert, damit Toilette und Holztür vor Spritzwasser geschützt ist. Wer es robust mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

A perfect stay

Bettina‘s lovely apartment was a wonderful starting point for exploring the city - with a bus stop and a great Danish bakery right next door. And there was a charming garden in the apartment complex to relax afterwards. The apartment is very cosy with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is rather tiny but functional. Best of all: Bettina, who was very helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Wunderschöne helle Wohnung

Lichtdurchflutete, gemütliche Wohnung mit großzügigem Wohn- Essbereich und großen Fenstern, ruhig gelegen. Kleiner Supermarkt, sehr gute Bäckerei und Fahrradverleih befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Sehr charmante, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr gut eingerichtete ansprechende Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Lift, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, das Bett ist etwas schmal, das Bad sehr klein. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Schöne Altbauwohnung in guter Lage

You get to see a beautiful apartment in a building from 1895. A authentic home living apartment. Cosy. Quiet. Unique spot very close to center. Like Rome's Trastevere ;-) NB: This is a private property, not a "rentting out" - apartment. I only rent it out when I'm on holiday. And I therefore appreciate that you take good care of my home while staying.

What makes this property unique

Authentic (my apartment). Almost in center. Quiet area. Near metro, train and bus. Near UN City, The Little Mermaid, Kings Palace and very good food places.
