On the first level, the living room opens to a large terrace facing a partial view. There is 2 living room, one outside and one inside, with the possibility of watching television on both places. Leads to the opened covered dining area with a Weber BBQ.

The opened kitchen is decorated with a personalized “bar” hand made by an artist, and well-equipped with all the modern appliances.

One master bedroom is located on the first level, with a king size bed, a bathroom with 2 showers (one inside and another one outside)

The second house, on the lower level, a few step below offers two bedrooms with king size bed, with their bathroom and dressing and opens to a covered, outdoor living area.

The 2 large deck terraces offer many areas to relax and a nice sundeck borders the real pool with turquoise waters (8 m x 3 m).
