The Healy House - In the Village of Hamilton

Experience the beauty of Hamilton in this spacious three bedroom home that is located in the village, a five minute walk to the center of town. Feel free to entertain family and friends in one of the many inviting seating areas. Options include an all season sun room, comfortable living room with fireplace, cozy upstairs gaming nook, large kitchen and a dining room that seats eight.

This is the perfect location as it is less than a 5 minute walk to all of the local restaurants and shops. On the busy weekends you will be able to park in our driveway and walk downtown before you will find a parking space in town!

We are located on a quiet side street, off of one of Hamilton's main streets.

BEDROOMS:
There are three bedrooms. Bed sizes: 2 king beds and 1 queen bed.
All bedrooms have televisions, fans and hardwood floors.
Sheets, blankets and pillows provided.

BATHROOMS:
Two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a standup shower. Towels and toiletries provided. Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer and Dyson Airwrap Styler available.

KITCHEN:
We have a beautiful kitchen with hardwood cabinets, quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, a Nespresso maker and soda steam. The kitchen also has a television for entertainment while eating at the kitchen island. Coffee provided.

DINING ROOM:
The large beautiful wood table has seating for eight.

Wireless internet and Dish Network cable throughout the house. Netflix, HBO MAX, Prime Video, HULU, Peacock, Apple TV and Disney+ are available on the televisions in the Sunroom, the Livingroom, the upstairs seating area and the main bedroom facing the road.

Afraid of missing a workout while on vacation ? The Lululemon Studio Mirror is available and ready to use.

Incredible property

The Healy House is a gem. Within walking distance of downtown and Colgate, quiet, and tastefully renovated inside. The place to stay in Hamilton.

Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at Clara’s place, it was clean, very well appointed and filled with art and books. The beds were clean and pillowy, the kitchen well stocked and the location convenient to town. We enjoyed the back patio and spacious well maintained backyard. We’d love to stay here again one day.

Reunion home

The Healy house was just right for us and our friends. We drove to Colgate campus as our husbands have minor mobility issues. However we were close to downtown and local businesses which made it convenient to walk The house is well appointed for entertaining too….we loved sitting in the sun room and enjoying coffee in the am before heading off for the full days of Colgate reunion activities! Wish we’d had a bit more time to enjoy the house and patio!
