This property was beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable. It had a great layout for family meals and a generously stocked kitchen. A very convenient location to Cruz Bay and the beaches. A spectacular view to enjoy as well as well. A truly fantastic place to relax and enjoy the stunning beauty of St John.

Host was responsive. House has gorgeous view and wonderful layout for indoor/outdoor living. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and 3 families can be comfortable in the space. Pool and patio are gorgeous with views of Cruz Bay. Location is wonderful with easy access to Cruz Bay.

The house was very nice and well appointed, the location is perfect, but it should only be listed as a 5 bedroom house. The 6th bedroom (shack) should only be listed as an extra space as the bathroom in that space is more of an "outhouse". No one was able to stay there and forced 2 couples to unexpectedly share a bedroom.

The property is amazing, perfect for a family vacation for all 12 of us. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor dining options, the pool is excellent, many properties in St John have small pools, this pool is huge. We appreciated the beach chairs and other gear, and we even liked seeing the peacocks walking around that part of Cruz Bay

Beautiful views from nearly every room!

Excellent location. Short walk or taxi (if you wish) to restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. The views make you feel like you are watching a movie. Large pool and lanai! Outdoor kitchen was wonderful for family lunches on pool days.

Amazing view of Cruz Bay

Our family had a wonderful time at Tropical Panorama! The location can’t be beat, the house was well appointed and the view of Cruz Bay was breathtaking! We loved having the pool on property so we could take a dip first thing in the morning and before/after dinner. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

We came to St. John for a family wedding, and the villa was a perfect spot for all the Aunts, Uncles, and Grandmother of the Bride. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet. Everyone felt like their bedrooms were very private, while the community spaces were well laid out for enjoyable family time. It was conveniently located and a quick walk into town for events. We rented the available car, and that was very helpful. Owners were easy to communicate with. Overall, a very special stay for all of us. Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our group had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures and information are all accurate. We had a group with multiple young kids so I was worried the short walk to town wouldn't be possible for us, but with a few small strollers it was perfect. We loved being so close we didn't have to load up the kids again after the day at the beach to head downtown. The house had all the amenities we could need and was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids!

Exceptional Villa

Tropical Panorama is an exceptional villa and is exactly as advertised. Views are even better than the photo. We have been coming to St. John for over 25 years and had one of our best stays over the holidays last month. Rooms are spacious, gourmet kitchen is fabulous, outside grill / kitchen is awesome and the pool is large and refreshing after a day on the beach. Quick walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and a quick drive to Starfish Market to cook at home. Highly recommend and the hosts are first class!
