THIS 3 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOLIDAY HOME IS A PLEASER. SITUATED IN THE SMALL TOWN OF CONDINGUP VIA ESPERANCE IS CLOSE TO POPULAR BEACHES. In the small community of Condingup (62km) drive from ESPERANCE. OUR HOME IS SPACIOUS AND PRESENTED WITH COMFORT IN MIND. WE ARE SIMILAR TO A HOBBY FARM STAY SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE ANIMALS IF YOU WISH. THE GUESTS AREA IS A VERY LARGE ENCLOSED AREA FOR YOU TO ENJOY. PETS ARE WELCOMED BUT MUST BE FRIENDLY TOWARDS CATS AND SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.(HOUSE RULES APPLY) AS AN ADDED BONUS TO YOUR STAY WE LIKE TO SHARE OUR HOME GROWN VEGGIES AND FRESH FRUIT IN SEASON TO OUR GUESTS. THE AREA PRESENTS THE WORLDS MOST PRESTIGIOUS BEACHES, NATIONAL PARK FOR THOSE WHO LOVE ADVENTURE AND WILD FLOWERS SCATTERED AMONG THE NATIVE BUSH AREAS AROUND SEPTEMBER, A VERY SPECIAL SIGHT TO SEE. THE BIRD LIFE HERE IN OUR GARDEN IS ABUNDANT AND THEIR CHORUS CAN BE HEARD FROM THE BREAK OF DAWN. A LOVELY PEACEFUL PLACE WITH A LOT TO OFFER. WE RELY ON TANK WATER SO PLEASE BE CONSERVATIVE AND RAIN WATER IS AVAILABLE TO DRINK. WE HAVE A TAVERN THAT PROVIDES A STORE AND A RESTAURANT AND OFFERS A LOVELY MENU AS WELL. Good experience in country town

It was different experience in county town and accommodation was good. Bit restrictive because of pet and kids in some are of the house. Overall good place to visit and stay.

Fantastic Five Star Getaway

Me Mates Place is a gem of a place. Marie has equipped it with everything we could ever need for a very comfortable stay. The place is cosy and thoughtfully designed, and immaculately clean. It is a short drive to the beautiful Wharton Bay and Esperance was under an hour away. Marie was very helpful and responsive to our questions. My boys loved their conversations with her and Mark. The icing on the cake was we were able to bring our two cats along to the property. Thank you, Marie, for being a welcoming and easygoing host!

Lovely place for fresh relaxing environment. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored the neighborhood. The only downside was no wifi during our stay( Owner is working on it) otherwise excellent.

MET MY HUSBAND FRESH OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL STARTED A VERY YOUNG FAMILY AND BROUGHT THEM UP ON BEAUTIFUL FARMS ACROSS THE NORTH ISLAND WORKING ON SHEEP AND CATTLE PROPERTIES. WE DECIDED TO MOVE TO AUSTRALIA WHERE MY BROTHER HAD HIS OWN SHEARING RUN IN ESPERANCE WA. A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE THAN AND WE ARE NOW LIVING IN THE SOUTH COAST OF WA. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY WE HAVE 3 CHILDREN ALL GROWN AND HAVE THEIR OWN FAMILIES GIVING US 14 GRAND CHILDREN, OUR LATEST EDITION BORN DECEMBER 2018.
